Creating Impactful StoryMaps and Dashboards with Westchester’s GeoHub Services

This presentation introduces how to leverage County GIS technology through the GeoHub site, focusing on utilizing map services to create custom maps, StoryMaps, and Dashboards.

GeoHub provides access to a wide range of ready-to-use GIS layers and web services that can be easily integrated into your own mapping projects. Attendees will learn how to connect to these services using tools like ArcGIS Online and how to use them to build engaging, interactive StoryMaps that communicate data visually and Dashboards that provide real-time insights for analysis and decision-making.

The session will highlight practical steps for accessing data, combining layers, and telling compelling stories using County-provided GIS resources—all without needing to build maps from scratch.
